We have used the Harborne Sash Window Company to replace our windows in our listed home and have found the product, installation and service team to be amazing. Our project took place over an extended period of time so we had exposure to different teams and each time they have been exemplar. It is not often you find a company that you will recommend unreservedly but I can say that this is one. The product is great the team are first class, their communication is effortless and their service sets them apart.

Harborne sash have just come and fitted a new back door for me, to replace my original Edwardian back door which was full of gaps and so ugly. The new back door has absolutely transformed my kitchen and I am so pleased with it! I came to the showroom and looked at their range and ended up choosing a Stable door with 9 panes in it - it is beautiful! The showroom appointment was great and I was talked through the process, had a delicious coffee and got to look at all the products. The fitter who came was called Lewis and was quick, polite and tidy. Lewis and team did an excellent job and I would advise anyone who is looking for a door or window to go with Harborne Sash as the quality is unbeatable! Also my kitchen is so much warmer now. We’ve already since booked to have the windows replaced too.

Thanks for the service. The company has been easy to work with from the start, helping ensure the style of the windows complemented the period of the house. The windows are now installed and look great, and the fitting done by Dave and Kyle looks lovely. They've really gone the extra effort to ensure the windows are showcased, especially the level of detail around the three windows in the master bedroom, what they've done really adds to the installation and improves the room as a whole. They were also very tidy during the installation, leaving the rooms in good condition each day, and kept the noise disruption to a minimum.

We have now had ten windows installed and have been very pleased with the quality of the windows and the workmanship.

I am about to embark on my 5th project with Harborne Sash over a 6 year period. This has involved Sash windows, , French windows, A Porch and several other Single and double pane windows. That in itself says how pleased I am with the products and satisfied with the quality and workmanship. The installation crews are true craftsmen and have overcome the inevitable unforeseen problems which crop up during an installation in a very professional manner.
